The staff were very attentive and took time to show the vehicle and answer any questions. I wasn't intending to buy a car that day but the deal and the customer service changed my mind!

Staff were efficient, courteous, gave me a lift into town, I appreciated the call to let me know the car was ready. Also appreciated the realistic estimate of the finish time. Great to have the car washed and cleaned. And on such a hot day I really liked the bottle of chilled water!

Excellent customer service and an all round deal

The problem was fixed while I was there. No expected booking & no charge. You can't do better than that! I have already told about 15 people. Jarvis Subaru would have to be the best service facility I have ever come across & I have dealt with Mercedes, BMW, Honda, Mitsubishi & Mazda. This is the first Subaru I have owned, but I am sure it won't be the last. Stand buy for referral sales... Trust me, I am now on your sales team.

We had been looking for a car locally in car yards. Our neighbour has a Subaru. Your sales man, Fab ,was very informative and helpful in selling us a car that suited us, not one that the boss had wanted sold, or that had a special deal attached. I will always buy from someone that I know, rather than a stranger looking to be salesman of the month.
