The staff and the manager welcomed us and explained what was involved in our service and made sure that we had a loan car or settled in their waiting room with drinks, well done.

We very happy with the whole process. The staff were very friendly and there was no hard sell which we appreciated. The car itself had obviously been well checked and cleaned by your service dept and staff and all the little extras such as 3 year warranty and car washes etc were very good. We would certainly return in the future.

As always a pleasant experience, Adam was very friendly and professional explaining what was needed to be done to the RAV and what was done to the RAV after the service, he makes a great coffee too!! The lift to my work place is such a bonus.

Went out of their way to be helpful, even took the car to my son's house, so he could look it over before I purchased. Also offered to pick me up from train station when I went to collect car. Very informative & everyone very nice. For me it made purchasing a car hassle free.
