I would like to take the opportunity to give a big thankyou to Simon Batten for his exceptional customer service.

Simon was courteous and welcoming to me as a new customer at the Jarvis Service facility, and he took the time to thoroughly explain the servicing procedures to me in what can only be described as Old School.

I was extremely appreciative to be presented with a new, clean Ford Ranger as a loan car which is not seen these days.

Upon my return i was greeted by Simon and asked, how is my day, and took my experience to a more personal level, with sincerity and interest.

I was then briefed as to the service conducted on my Ranger and this also was done in a professional step by step process.

Upon departure Simon escorted me to my vehicle and explained that i can park in the carpark across the road in the future, if there are no parks within the dealership.
