If your complaint is complex or involves several issues, it may take longer to resolve your complaint. We will let you know the name and contact details of the person handling your complaint.
Once we have reviewed all of the information and investigated the issue, we will work with you to find a fair solution.
We aim to resolve most issues within five working days of receiving your complaint. Some matters are more complex and can take a little longer. If that is the case, we'll keep you informed of our progress.
