The guy on the desk was super helpful and whilst I came in for one flat tyre fix (tyre needed to be replaced) they discovered the other front tyre also had a puncture. I was kept informed as to where the process was up to and at the end he ensured that the tyre repair kit had been replaced; which it hadn't so he went off to get it.
