We were very impressed with Chris Maddern (usually in used cars), with the service he provided and his assistance on a hot and busy day and his follow up and communication throughout the process up to delivery.. Chris was informative and professional with a genuine and helpful approach. 

Service finished promptly (I need to wait while it is done). Any extra work I requested was explained on completion & any work I needed done in the future again was explained & a quote given. Altogether a good experience (and the coffee's not too bad!)

The salesman was very helpful and explained anything that I needed explained. I was very down the line with what I wanted and able to do and he was very helpful and mindful of what I wanted and did his best to keep within those guidelines that I put down, without the high pressure jargon that is normally associated. I am doing a lot of motor vehicle deals so I know what's good and what's bad, and this has been a good experience.

Your total staff (including the customer service ladies) were exceptional, well versed in their respective job & product knowledge. Wayne Pederick was particularly patient and has contacted me three times since my purchase to gauge my satisfaction with my purchase. The follow up service is excellent. Truly a great buying experience.

The facilities were excellent. Laptop working space, coffee machine, daily paper... Helpful staff... And very important, the seniors discount.
