I booked my car in after a trip interstate with James as I have been having some rattles in both front doors and while I was there I also had an interim oil and filter change done at 18,600kms. Tony the service technician came on a road test with me to assess the rattles and what I was hearing on my trip. The car has been returned to me with at this point no rattles, but I have been asked by both Tony and James to report anything and it will be reviewed at my the next scheduled service at 25,000kms, or earlier if required. While it is never a great experience listing to rattles in a new car, the experience in having this looked at as been a great one and shows the professional approach of the service team. A big thank you to James and Tony in listing to my report on the rattles in both doors and also should it happen again, then knowing that the team will look after myself and the vehicle with respect and care that has already been shown to me to date, is reassuring, to say the least.

My second service here at Jarvis, previous services on my Prado were by the dealer that sold me the vehicle. There is absolutely no comparison between the two with professionalism, friendliness, the explanation of what will be done prior, and at pick-up, what work was carried out. I have recommended Jarvis to a couple of people now and they report exactly the same experience. We are also starting to get some of our work vehicles serviced by you guys. I'm not ordinarily one to write glowing reports, I do however verbalise great experiences and while you continue to service your customers as well as you do in your service department, I will continue to sing your praise.
