When I took my car in recently to get tyres I sat there and waited for the tyres to be changed and I noticed a few things and I believe in giving credit where it is due and the guys (Adam & Ryan I think) in the service centre on the Friday went above and beyond not only for me but for every single customer that came in! even when there was a huge line of people coming in to pick cars up they still asked every single person how their day was and offered them a drink to take with them. The service I regularly receive from Jarvis is truly GREAT and every time I generally walk away with a smile. 

The car was cleaned and done in a timely fashion the customer service I received was GREAT and the way that the guys in service conducted them self’s even under pressure was great to watch!! I really cannot comment highly enough on how impressed I was with the level of customer service I received and noticed.

I fondly remember the 2 door falcon and whilst mechanically excellent, some of those who had MW8 service included Nicole Hark (appols) for incorrect spelling, who washed the wires and stopped mid stream, Gilesy cut his foot badly, doc Hoe declared the Mick and I had sedated him sufficiently with scotch, so the little fella snored until the Doc declared him ok the next morning. I digress, but you are a great supporter of Variety and I know we shall support your business in the future. Thank you to all involved in our change over from a 100 to 200 series Landcruiser.

Lots of reasons pleased with service.... friendly staff, kept me informed of costs, not pushy, gave me the facts for me to make an informed choice, finished on time, location is good for me and lots to do in Tanuda while waiting for service to be completed.
