I finished work at 3:50pm and waited an hour in the heavy rain for my pre-ordered cab. After multiple delays, I called the dealership to advise I was running late when Shaun kindly offered to collect me. Such a nice gesture! Who knows how long I would have been waiting in the cold, my fingers were already numb by the time he got to me. To top it off, the Rex was warm and toasty when I picked her up so it was a pleasant ride home. Always a pleasure to deal with such friendly and helpful staff. Thanks Shaun.

My car came back to me looking like new after a wash and vacuum.
The service was carried out and completed on time.
I was given the opportunity to have extra things done that may have been needed to the car but when I declined I was not pressured by the staff in any way.

This is the fourth Ford I've owned although the first I've bought from Jarvis. Ben Gagliardi was particularly a helpful young man. After only a few days of owning my new - demonstrator model - Ford Fiesta - I've had a problem with leaking coolant and Ben has been very helpful in collecting my car and having it fixed. As a single woman I found the experience worked well for me and I like the peace of mind and security I feel from the staff at Jarvis Ford.
