I have dealt with Jarvis Subaru at West Tce Adelaide on many occasions in the past 12 months, not only for the servicing of my vehicle, but also for an ongoing/repeat warranty issue. The West Terrace staff have always been friendly, helpful, and professional at all times. James (front desk) has been very friendly and Tony (head service technician) has been very helpful in taking time out to speak with me personally and test drive my car for a few days (and also with me when I collected it).

Special mention however, goes to Shaun McGreevy at West Tce, whom I have spoken with many times about my ongoing warranty issue (& servicing)...for always being understanding and very easy to deal with and to talk to, and being very communicative in explaining what was being done to rectify my issue and always assuring me with my concerns. Since it was looked at last, the issue has not occurred again...fingers crossed Tony was correct when he said it was fixed finally.

Despite my ongoing warranty issue or any concerns, I can't fault Shaun in how he dealt with me during the whole process. Based on our interactions, he is my 'go-to' person if need in the future, and why I'd recommend others to West Terrace also.

It's the little things....

Attention to detail foremost, and the exceptional customer experience. From the reminder my car is due for service, then the day I arrive at Jarvis Adelaide and am greeted at the driveway, handing my keys over and speaking with a friendly, helpful service representative at the reception, understanding what is being done for this service and the time expected. This is my 5th service since purchase, and each time has been exceptional. ALL the Jarvis staff make my experience a pleasure.

An exceptional customer service experience from the time of booking in the car for the service (the phone call) to the time I picked it up after the service. Everybody was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. This is an excellent example of outstanding customer service and I would have no hesitation in recommending Jarvis to others.
