Car fixed, staff were professional, great customer service

I got the vehicle and all the accessories I wanted. Isaac Steer was our salesman and he made things so easy for us and nothing was too much trouble. If he didn't have an exact answer he would find out and let us know. When I added things to the order he made sure it was all sorted and kept me informed as to what was happening right the way along.

I would definitely recommend Jarvis Toyota to friends and Isaac in particular.

Daniel is very very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable.

He always looks after the well being of the customer.

He schedules loan car and he makes sure that the car is clean when handing it back to me.

He explains every step and action performed on my car and even showed me how they are repairing my car.

As we live in the country, we find the understanding of our time constraints, very reassuring.

The reason I gave this is that Jodie and Ben have put up with me now since I had the car and problem we had with GPS, they listened to me complaining about it several times and they got it fixed for me and It now works great.
