Thanks Darren Leray for excellent customer service and for helping with very late request on the day to also have new tyres fitted, thanks to the service team in general took the car for a test drive when it was dropped off in order to identify a "noise", problem was fixed, car was cleaned and ready to go on time. I would definitely recommend Jarvis & when we upgrade I wouldn't bother looking elsewhere. I looked for a car for a few years & always struggled to not be patronised when asking questions & trying to secure the best deal. Jarvis were extremely professional & prompt. I didn't know that this level of professionalism still existed in retail.
