The entire experience was absolutely fantastic. Friendly staff who took the time to get to know me and my requirements. Knowledgeable techs who were able to troubleshoot and rectify a significant issue with an aftermarket set of tail lights. Detailed, transparent and well priced service. Salesperson (Gabriel) remembered me, and came over for a chat. I am extremely satisfied with the whole experience at Jarvis Subaru West Tce. Could not thank them enough, not only professional but extremely friendly, had a tyre that needed changing due to a spike late in the afternoon, mechanic even put away the spare and all the equipment that was in the back of the car, the sales staff showed us around the new cars while we were waiting a big thank you to all.

Whilst the job was done very well & quickly, that is what I expect and pay for. However, the service in the office is extremely good & for that I would recommend you.

The wash and clean was a bonus. Promptness of the service is a major plus and will encourage me to travel to Tanunda for all my services.

Could fault the service. Manager Evan was fantastic right at the beginning on the phone when I made an enquiry about prices. There was no game playing. As a result we came to Jarvis and purchased a car in 30 minutes!! Jordan then provided professional service in the purchase of the car. the whole department should be proud.
