We have purchased three cars from Jarvis Ford, had no problems with the cars, and always had great service.

All dealings/communications with Alessio, Danny, James, Cameron and Kelly were done with honesty, integrity and transparency. Minimal pressure, respected my position and knowledge of vehicle/industry etc. Appreciated that a fair price was offered up front with no obligation, rather than ongoing negotiations over days and endless follow up phone calls to achieve a 'best price'.

I have already recommended Jarvis to other colleagues and friends who intend following up re purchases of Fords and Subaru's. These include some friends who have dealt with other dealerships due to 'contacts' and 'friends in the trade'. The fact that Jarvis was able exceed other offers, both in terms of price and overall service standards was impressive, and a pleasant surprise to say the least.
