Nev and Cabe (at Jarvis Gepps Cross) were both welcoming and helpful. As a woman looking at cars on her own (to start with), they were respectful and were not at all patronising. I was able to ask questions without feeling 'silly'. I have been very happy with the service from all the staff with whom we had dealings, during the car buying process. Although I was not buying a particularly expensive car, I was treated as if I were. Very happy so far. Nev rang me a couple of days after picking up the car, just to check how things were going. Best of all, I love my 'new' car.

I always get treated so nicely and your staff are always happy to answer any extra questions I have. Nothing is too hard for them to deal with. Convincing my elderly father to take his Hyundai somewhere other than their workshop was the first hurdle but the courtesy and kindness of the staff made it so much easier and the best part was it cost him less than half the price of his usual service. The detailed report and explanation he was given after still made him feel an integral part of the transaction. And hey, having the Tonsley across the road for a nice breakfast was the icing on the cake!
