The gentleman that served me was very helpful and answered all of my queries. He made some suggestions which I followed and he elicited confidence in the whole. Keep people of this calibre and I will stay with Jarvis. His name incidentally is Simon.

My Forester was serviced and a complete written report given to me, and I find this very helpful.

The staff were very professional and friendly as they usually are. They make you feel important, as if you matter.

It is also great to receive the vehicle back in an excellent clean and spotless condition. Cann only say "well done" to all the staff who had input into my Subaru's service this week.

As always, Peter greets you at the car park with a big smile and escorts you to the counter with friendly banter.

Have now dealt with James several times at reception and he is always super friendly whilst clarifying what is expected with the servicing and what our expectations should be.
