Your staff in the Service Department are fully on top of their game in all areas, you should be pleased to have staff like that
As always it is an absolute pleasure dealing with the Service Staff, and this includes the office staff and the mechanics
Also spent time in the new car area chasing up about the wife's new car which is on order and they could not be more helpfull

Adrian was very helpful and sorted me out straight away for the known issue. I waited around as I needed the car and the full repair work was done in a prompt manner to ensure I could make my meeting on time. Excellent service from Tony and the boys in the workshop too as the problem seems to be completely resolved! All staff members at West Terrace were very friendly and accommodating during my wait period as well. All round great service!

As regards my service on my Forester XT on Monday, just a quick interim oil and filter change at my usual 6000k interval. The engine just loves the fresh drink, I am sure!
Called in at Service Reception on Monday at 11-30am, asked when could I get work done, reply was could I call back at about 12-30pm, yes no problem, how good is that !!
Just awesome service - Just Jarvis Subaru.
