Even thou there are Isuzu Dealerships closer to us at (North Haven, Port Adelaide) we bypass them for the great service we have received from the Tanunda Dealership.

The service we have received from Ben and his staff in the Service Department has been second to none.

Dealership aside the Isuzu is great tough vehicle satisfying all the needs I have of a Ute.

There is no one reason why our car is serviced at Jarvis but a combination of many, 

1. good efficient mechanical service which is done well
2. customer is informed if mechanic has found some issues which need to be rectified and seeks customer approval
3. customer service is excellent
4. whilst always lovely to have car washed it is not a priority but is appreciated
5. good value for money.

Bought 2 cars. The team were very accommodating, even bringing a car to me to test drive so I didn't need to drive to Tanunda. Excellent follow up service by Marty also. Just a nice group who felt very authentic. That is important when buying a car.

Fab was great and quickly understood what I wanted.

I found the Jarvis team a delight to deal with -- namely Gerish and Rocky. I would have no problem referring my friends and colleagues to them.

Been unhappy with Eblems Brighton for a while now, think they have slipped big time since the family sold it.
