I was completely looked after by the sales person Chris who helped me in every way possible and even helped me set up my blue tooth after I had already purchased my car.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and the car was ready when they said it would be. Having the car cleaned was a real bonus and very much appreciated.

In particular the Salesperson kept to the brief (what was needed in the vehicle and what was important to us as a family) that I gave him but always made me aware of other options.

Salesperson knew we were very keen to purchase. I did a lot of research on the vehicle that I wanted and the Salespersons knowledge was also very useful.. Nothing was too hard. This particular salesperson did research for me and obtained information that I requested. He took my calls and was always providing me with information even on their day off.

Buying a car is a big decision but this experience ran very smooth and I would certainly recommend.

Great experience, got the car I wanted, salesman treated me like a human being and not a dumb female. He was extremely knowledgeable and always kept me up to date while I waited for my vehicle. John Wood from Jarvis Medindie is a 10/10, completely changed my expectations of a car salesman! All other staff were also very helpful and down-to-earth so could not recommend them enough!

In all, I dealt with four very pleasant and helpful people. Buying my car was nothing less than a highly-civilised experience. As for the car - this quality, well-priced, low mileage vehicle sold itself. Coupled with 3 years' Jarvis warranty and road service, the deal was unmatchable.

Didn't expect a lift, offer of coffee, washed car or everyone to be so welcoming but I got it all!
