The Courtesy lift is great, so is getting my car washed and vacuumed, being kept up to date with tasks to be performed, and car being ready on time, and the really courteous way the staff treat customers - like we are rather special, even though our car is getting a bit old and dented...

Car washed and cleaned is an understatement, it was immaculate considering the state when I brought it in after many miles on unsealed roads.
