I love bringing my car to Jarvis at Hillcrest. The staff are so friendly and always so helpful. My car is always fixed on time and nice and clean when I get it back. From the moment I step out of my car to the time I leave it's a great experience.

I'm only rating this for the Tanunda Jarvis as they have been the only service dept of Jarvis who I would ever go to the service and staff 100% on everything, I would even go back to them when my car runs out of warranty as they are the best out of all the Jarvis service agents and I have been to a few, we are always 100% satisfied every time we go to Tanunda Jarvis. Thank you for having one outstanding one.

Expert staff working on the car and they trust my judgement as an owner (clutch and timing issues). I also managed to work at the service centre with wifi and coffee which is a huge bonus as a business owner.

The staff were professional and extremely thorough at each stage of the service process. The car was serviced well, in a reasonable time and cleaned before I left the service centre.

Hard to determine one reason. Staff are courteous, very helpful and professional. The car was ready on time for collection. I received a text to let me know. Great efforts were made by Jodie to get me a loan car. The car was cleaned. All requests/service tasks were completed and duly explained on pick up, prior to asking for payment. What more can I say! They are a great bunch of people.

Had deadline for pickup due to school pickup responsibilities. Was finished on time and cleaned to a high standard. Great work Brett. As always.
