Besides a clean and washed car, I got a courtesy life to my destination which is really convenient. The staff are also very generous in offering coffee and other complimentary drinks. I've always been impressed with the customer service of Jarvis Subaru and West Terrace. I wouldn't want to do any business with any other vehicle company besides Jarvis! It's always been a pleasure to visit Jarvis! Keep up the good work!!!

I had a wonderful, professional experience at Kensington, The men I dealt with were fantastic,
I had originally wanted to purchase at Glenelg, however, they tried charging me to get a quote on what my trade in would be worth, I became very stressed.
I told Kensington all about what had happened and they listened to my concerns very patiently, did not charge me for a quote on my mini, just told me what it was worth and went on to sell me a new Forester. Fantastic, thank you so much, I will be back.

We travel 90 minutes for this service. It is better for our Warranty to do so but we could go to Adelaide instead, 70 minutes. However, we continue to come because the staff are friendly and helpful, the car is always finished on time - we get a phone call or text message - and most importantly, we get a free loan car while the car is being serviced. Alessio Russo was my Sales Consultant. From my first contact with Jarvis this time round Alessio was a pleasure to deal with. He was very courteous, prompt and knew his product. If I had a question he didn't know the answer to he would follow up and let me know the outcome in a very timely manner (does the ST have a digital radio? :) )
Alessio was very considerate in conducting business via email as he appreciated how busy my work load was, nothing was to difficult for him to address and respond to (he has the patience of a saint as I asked some really silly "girl" questions).
Alessio went above and beyond as far as I am concerned, always responded to my emails, knew his product and when he didn't, he sort the answers I required, sent me photo's of the car as it was put on the truck to be transported up, made sure the whole experience was a GREAT one.
We all know how exciting it is to purchase a new car however when purchasing a vehicle from Jarvis Ford it's not only exciting it's always a smooth process.
This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Jarvis Ford and it won't be the last :) Jarvis Ford have beaten our local Ford dealer hands down not only in cost but in service and experience on each and every occasion.
