Always great service. We drive 5 hours to get it serviced with Jarvis and always will.

I have found the staff at Jarvis at all times friendly and helpful. Right from initially looking to purchase, through all services and a couple of phone calls, they have been professional, courteous and helpful. I would recommend them to anybody who asks about car buying or servicing.

I really appreciated the service centre's honesty in the fact that they called to advise my brake pads are low but didn't push or assume to get them replaced straight away and explained that I would have approximately 5,000km left. It gives me confidence that they don't do things unnecessarily and then obviously charge for it.

I have not stopped telling my work colleagues about the car as they have all noticed it. I have explained to many of them about the Jarvis Sales experience and how professional and above and beyond expectations. The customer service was excellent. Gabrielle answered all the questions I had in relation to the car and was very understanding when I first came to look and I said I really was just looking. His and Monique's helpfulness and follow-up when I made the decision to buy the car was fantastic.

A warranty service on my Holden Calais, Tim in the service reception made sure everything ran like clockwork and provided me with a lovely loan car. The service was this time a longer one but it was completed well ahead of time and he rang me to inform me so I was able to beat peak hour. A fantastic bonus was in the previous service a cap from my mag wheel nut was noticed to be missing and lo and behold Amy in spare parts had procured one and it was sitting waiting for my next service. Cannot get better service than that, Fantastic!
