I needed to get to another appointment on Saturday so phoned Jarvis on Friday and spoke to Tim who organised for my car to be ready in time for me to get to the other appointment. Working full time it is sometimes hard to fit everything in so I really appreciated the help I received from Tim. He was very friendly and courteous.
