Car serviced within time and returned washed and clean inside.

Unfortunately we could not collect the car on the day of service. You kept the car over night and I thank you so much for that. The car was filthy when it was dropped off and when I picked it up it had be washed :) Thanking you. And James and the boys on the desk are lovely. So polite and accommodating. See you in Feb next year for my next service. Great Service :)

Services are always thorough and fully documented. Staff go through the well-presented paper work when I pick up my car, and inform me of any issues that have come to light during the service. They also discuss with me the approximate time frame within which these issues need to be addressed, and give me an idea of the likely cost. Staff are always very friendly, helpful and professional, and if my car is going to take longer than anticipated to service, someone always contacts me. Finally, having my car washed and cleaned is like the icing on the cake, and something that I appreciate.

James made the experience of purchasing the vehicle very easy and straight forward due to his excellent customer service and vehicle knowledge.

A good overall experience and could have selected multiple reasons above. Staff, especially Fab who we dealt with, was very professional, respectful and helpful. The experience was made pleasant as did not consist of any high pressure sales.
