I found the video link sent my text to be very useful. It helped to see first hand exactly what the issues were with my car, rather than just taking someone's word about items I do not understand.

Keep up the videos....they are a great idea.

I find the staff at Jarvis Barossa to be great people: friendly, professional and helpful. And good fun. Special mention to Marty Powell, Fab Di Biase and Lisette (who I met during my recent visit to Jarvis and who is helping with a mechanical issue). She is sweet, professional and engaging.
