I had previously purchased two vehicles from Jarvis Ford and received very good deals and service. Alessio's service continued in that vein. For a young lad he was professional, well presented, knew about the vehicle, was willing to find out information if he wasn't completely sure of the correct answer and at all times was pleasant to deal with. The other staff member was Eliza and she also presented as knowledgeable, professional and polite in her interaction with me.

Tim and the rest off staff were very helpful and nothing was to much trouble to answer my questions.

Great loan car.

We had to drive two and a half hours to get to our nearest service department. Drinks were available when we got there. The gentleman we dealt with was very polite and professional, informed us what needed to be done to our car and the cost. Had the use of a brand new loan car to do some shopping and get lunch while we waited for our car to be serviced. Having our car washed was an added bonus.

Having had my car serviced elsewhere I can say it is fantastic to bring my car here to be serviced the way I like and with full transparency. From the greeting in the parking area to the absolute professional customer service - particularly from James George-Corbyn it is all very fluid and pain free. I was given a lift to the city and the driver was a sales rep and spoke highly of his colleagues and his genuine love for Subaru as a brand and a business. It was great to hear it.

Creating the right team is the hardest thing in a business but I believe you have done very well on this front.

I guess if I was to capture the experience with a single lens...it would be that I felt like I mattered as a client. That is a great feeling and a great point of difference.
