I was very happy with the friendliness, helpfulness and attitude of people on the desk. We were well informed on the cost beforehand and when during the service, it was discovered several extra things should be attended to I was contacted by phone to advise me of this. It was well explained and a cost given. I was asked for permission ( which I gave ) before the service dept. proceeded, which I appreciated. The car wash and free drinks were also much appreciated

Apart from not requiring a courtesy car and not having any warranty issues all the reasons below applied to my service, quite apart from the wonderful staff.

Staff were friendly, courteous, worked as a team, mechanic discussed details of service e.g. Require new battery? Service & fixed pebble rattle in rim. Washed and cleaned car well. Gave 9 as a minor difficulty you are a greater distance from where live than where our previous Subaru was serviced. The courteous mini bus ride was very helpful to transport us and our Grandchildren. Clean child friendly toilet area. Staff were kind and understanding to preschoolers & toddlers. Coffee and water, advertiser provided.
