Next the staff at the counter were very prompt and professional. Finally the D-Max was cleaned and appeared to be well serviced.

Best service experience I've had in a long time. Staff were excellent and friendly, they checked the car over beforehand to ensure transparency should there be an issue, I was given firm times and prices and in fact the service was finished early and I was contacted immediately. I was offered lifts and even drinks ! Add a car wash and vacuum and I was pretty happy.

Our sales person was Josh Eglinton. Josh was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking for (Subaru Forester). Josh was punctual, friendly, he kept in touch without being "pushy" and he went out of his way to be helpful by driving to Tanunda to test drive with us.

Not only was James friendly and helpful, he was also prompt. During our discussion he noted that I had previously been unhappy (expressed through survey) with delays in picking-up my car after service and lack of wash and vacuum.
