I was told the car would be ready by 10:30am at the latest and then got a call just after 10am to say all ready to collect. The service department even buffed out some light marks that had occurred on the drivers side of the car. I didn't ask for this to be done so was very happy when collecting the car to find it had happened.

As always it is an absolute pleasure dealing with the Service Team.

The staff were great, I used the bus, car was ready on time, cleaned and washed. It was a very good experience and hassle free.

The waiting lounge is very comfortable n well stocked with refreshments.

Always very helpful and courteous. Go through what was done and any issues that were found / fixed. Nice waiting area when car takes a little longer and complementary beverages. Also liked how sales man came and asked how we liked the car and have we done any adventuring, was a small nice gesture. Car was also washed and had a vacuum was a nice small thing that makes the experience that much better, and feel like your car is cared and treated for while there and that the people there care about what they are doing.

It was a great deal. I love the car and I really could not have asked for better service. Wayne was great. He explained everything about purchasing my car and went to a lot of trouble to make sure we understood the warranty etc. He was prompt, courteous and very friendly. He came all the way to Seacliff twice and made us feel like nothing was too much trouble to ensure we were happy with the car. It is about the best service experience I have ever had purchasing anything!
