Service completed and anything that I had asked, either to be done or not, was followed exactly as per my request. Car was done in good time, the work carried out was carefully explained to me and I was given a solid review of my vehicle.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable at all times, answered all questions, weren't too pushy, which is always nice given they are trying to get a good deal selling a car, and I'm trying to get the best deal I can in buying one. I know my car is being serviced well. I also appreciated the loan car - it was a scorching day and we would've been waiting hours - not ideal with an 11 year old. We don't live in town so being able to go home while waiting was great. The loan car was not booked by me and was a lovely surprise. Thank you :)
