I arrived early but staff were happy to see me before opening time. Was greeted on arrival and then asked to go to service while my car was queued. The guys in service department were very helpful and courtesy car was all arranged and ready to go even though I was early. When picking up car they took time to explain what was done and I got a complimentary Sat Nav upgrade. Very happy customer!!! Many thanks to Brett Theophilus.
