The receptionist was very polite and helpful and answered my queries promptly and professionally, the arrangement was to arrive at 7.30am and for me to wait for the vehicle service which was to take a couple of hours, the vehicle was ready to go in under 2 hours and I was very impressed with the result and would recommend your after sales service.

It is truly a pleasure to get my car serviced at Clovelly Park. From the moment I book the car in they treat me very well, double check with me everything that needs to be done and it is done in a timely manner. As I have an unusual name, they double check how to pronounce it which is a nice change. And after the service, they confirm what was done. It is nice to be treated so well and they don't treat me like a stupid lady who doesn't know car terminology. To have my car washed at the end is just brilliant. My previous car, a Mazda was serviced regularly, and although I loved the car, the service was horrendous! I would never buy another Mazda due to their servicing department.

Even after we moved closer to another Toyota Service Centre, we continue to service our HiLux with Jarvis Toyota because their quality and service is second to none! They are always more then happy to help with any questions or investigate an issue we come across. Thanks again Jarvis!
