The staff acted in a professional manner to resolve my issue within the time frames negotiated. This ensured no stress for us and a good resolution.

Car was finished extremely quickly (within 3 hours) staff were very helpful, car was pressure cleaned and got a courtesy coke on collection due to being a hot day. 10/10 for service and quality, will definitely be returning with each service.

I was delighted to find that when I arrived at 7:50 AM, the service department was open for business. Even though the official opening time was 8:00, the woman didn't act annoyed. She asked if I was going to wait or come back. She said that this was a major service and likely to take 3 hours. I commented that I'd hoped to meet a friend for coffee around 10:30, but that I could call her if it took longer. Amazingly, but 10:00 the job was done! The car looked great too with a wash, polish & vacuum. A big thank you to a company that does a great job, is pleasant about it and sees me as a person, not just a customer.
