We could have the car serviced much nearer to home (Banksia Park) but choose to drive to Tanunda to have the job done. We can combine a pleasant outing with a leisurely lunch while the car is being serviced. We know from experience that a thoroughly professional job will be done by your service personnel. I guess that says it all.

Not the first time I have had my car serviced at Hillcrest. The team are always busy but super organised so everyone is made to feel welcome and attended to. I had some issues with my fleet card and Brett went above and beyond to make it hassel free, ringing the Fleet Card company and keeping in touch with me.
I had also forgotten I needed tyres until the day but Brett was able to recommend a couple of options adn have them fitted and supplied same day.
Super happy and would recommend Brett, Tim and the team. Always friendly.

I felt that my concerns re my car were dealt with in a calm and honest manner. Having moved to Jarvis due to the change with Peugeot servicing I was pleased that I was given specific information in a straightforward manner. All staff were friendly.

We came in on Friday 19th January, without any notice, with a major air con problem and the staff (everyone we met) pulled out all stops to verify they had the a/c evaporator unit that would fit our 2012 XV, take the car in with a promise of getting it done Friday to Monday as we had to drive back to Melbourne on the Tuesday. They fixed us a loan car, and let us know progress and when it would be ready, which ended up being some 2-3 hours earlier than we'd thought possible. On the way back home today (Monday) it all worked perfectly - a real contrast with our trip over last Friday in 44C heat without a/c, which had failed too late to get fixed in Melbourne before we left for Adelaide.
So our experience with your team was great and we'd recommend you to anyone with problems. Please thank all the team on our behalf.

For the first time we utilized your shuttle into and back from the city, both ways it was easy on time, and so was our car being serviced. The service staff were fab as always Adrian behind the desk excellent as always and the man who drove the shuttle bus and the welcome we received when we pulled into the yard, the man remembered us, which was nice,

Andrew was very polite and understood exactly which servoce items were required and tailored the items to suit as some things had been done. As 2 minor and 1 major service was required he discounted the rate and adjusted for items already done.
This gave a clear picture of the outlay whilst performing the most the service items. Car now runs brilliantly and I couldn't be happier with the professionalism and understanding shown.
