I have always found the staff very friendly and accommodating.

Last week I booked my car in for its 60,000km service. Khalil (the service coordinator) was very friendly and a loan car was organised so I could get to work. Upon picking up my car (on time as promised) I noticed that the wing mirror control stick was missing the knob, which had been there when the car was dropped off. I pointed this out to Khalil who promptly searched for the part and when it could not be found organised a new replacement one straight away. Khalil contacted me within 2 days (as promised) to say the part had arrived. I attended the service area and Khalil once again made me feel welcome and appreciated with a high level of customer service on display, attending to me straight away. The entire process from me pulling into the service area driveway and leaving again with the problem fixed took no more than ten minutes.

Small issues such as this can be a nuisance and are no-ones fault. The control knob was clearly just knocked off whilst some one was working on / moving the vehicle, these things happen. What stands out to me is the response to this minor matter which was personal and professional. Excellent customer service.

I was an unhappy client transferred with Peugeot. There is a problem with my car and it required the 60,000kms service as well. Tim at the service counter was excellent and so helpful. Organized a taxi and then when he found out I want to buy a new car organised a trial car for me to test that day. Testing the car was extremely helpful. Tim then organised for Greg from Sales to call me and discuss new car options. I still have to come back and get my Peugeot fixed but we are waiting on parts from France. The head mechanic test drove my car with me when I dropped it off and straight away identified the problem (which the previous Peugeot place had trouble identifying the problem and did not fix properly or installed inferior products and hence the rattle is back). I normally come away fuming from car services at the other place, but I have been raving about what a great place Jarvis is and the treatment I have received, professional, helpful and pleasant. I hope it continues. Thank you.

This is the second new vehicle we have purchased from Jarvis Toyota and once again received good service with regards to our trade-in and also the new purchase. Did not feel pressured (which we appreciate) and the salesman, Alex Westwood was a delightful young man to deal with. He explained he normally works in second hand vehicles but as all new car salesman were busy on the day, he would assist us. Explained everything thoroughly, was very polite and helpful. If he wasn't sure of anything he did not hesitate to seek advice from Evan. We also thank Evan for his help with regards to the "final deal" and we appreciated the fact that as "return customers", we were made to feel that our business with Jarvis was valued. When I picked up the new car, Alex gave me a detailed overview of the car, set up my Bluetooth and made sure I was comfortable with everything before leaving, as he knew I was a little nervous driving a brand new car. Overall another good experience. Thank you Jarvis Toyota team.
