Being both friendly and helpful doesn't mean your staff are not very professional as well, but as many of us are time poor and rush about it is very refreshing to be greeted with thoughtfulness and courtesy - thank you once again.

It is a pleasure to have the car serviced at Jarvis Barossa. The facilities are very good and the complimentary drinks and beverages, as well as the pleasant waiting area, are much appreciated. As usual excellent service by the staff at Kensington. And thanks to the guys who washed my car when it was 45 degrees outside, they did a great job!

I have always found the staff to be considerate and very much aware of good customer interactions. My car is always well serviced and cleaned and the staff always let me know of any future concerns. If they think there is going to be an issue in regard to anything they alert me beforehand if they are aware. I am very happy with the way they look after me and my car.

Whole process of getting the car service was very straight forward:

1) Jarvis organised booking.


2) Got a reminder the day before.

3) Loan car was ready to go when I dropped my car off as planned.

4) Got notified when my car was ready to be picked up.

5) No unexpected costs/surprises.

6) Courtesy drink fridge for customers is a nice touch (especially in 41C heat).

7) Most importantly all staff I have dealt with over the past 6 months have been friendly and professional, without exception.

I could not fault the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I dealt with two different gentlemen and they were both great. I was given a loan car. My husband had written down what he was concerned about and the gentleman read it and explained what they were going to do with the car. He did not try to push me away and took the time to help me understand. Great service. Pity we did not get that type of service elsewhere.

No pressure to buy. Staff were great and the vehicle was well presented looked almost new. This was the second car we have purchased from Jarvis in the last two months. My partner and I are very happy.
