Such a great feel as you drive in at Hillcrest branch to be greeted as you get out of your car and guided to the service department.

The staff were terrific from Peter that greets you in the car park, the people behind the service desk through to Anthony who dropped me off at work. I have already mentioned it to the people I work with.

Staff member who attended to my service needs was very helpful, I think his name was Brett. I am happy that all my inquires were answered professionally.

Communication was great, was prompt and courteous.

Considering I was bringing my car in just for the airbag replacement I was hardly expecting anything other than that.
Lisette was excellent in the front office and obligingly arranged a demo Subaru Forrester as the loan car (as good as a test drive).
When I came to collect my car later in the day I was in a state of shock to realise how well it had been cleaned inside and out - that to me was beyond the call of duty. I was most appreciative especially considering prior to this the grime and oil on my alloy wheels was so bad and so difficult to clean.

As usual my service yesterday was professional and painless. I was given a lift home and because of the heat and my need to walk to pick car up, I was given a pick up from home! Very kind.

Car was washed and cleaned and didn’t take long to service as I advised them I had a 4 hour drive home I needed to do. :)
