Sorry the car was so dirty when it came in... I had a very busy few days previous and did not have time to at least remove some of the dirt from the dirty roads.

Also thank you for fitting me in to ensure that I didn't go over the service time too much as I still had a lot of Km's to cover before I went back to work.

Overall experience was very good - sales staff obviously wanted to 'make the sale' - listened to me, my concerns and requests were handled very well (I wanted a new timing belt & 150,000 kms service to be completed) which was done.

Very happy with the complete package, and have had no hesitation in referring a couple of colleagues to your company. Don't know if they've actually bought anything, but they've had a look.

The wash and vacuum were greatly appreciated. Also appreciated the call alerting to worn tyres and offer to replace during the service. Although that option was not taken up (due to arrangements with other tyre supplier) it showed care.
