Courtesy lift to work & car was vacuumed, cleaned & tyres polished as well. One less thing for me to do! Excellent!

John was fantastic, rang about a couple of things while car getting serviced, checked out a price for tyres and a loan car, great service.

Cathy was very busy but went above and beyond to fit my vehicle in for a check. She took the time to uphold her professional standards, even though she was understaffed.

I choose to wait , taking work to do in a comfortable environment. The work on my car was completed quickly and efficiently much sooner than I expected. The interactions I had with the staff were positive and I was well informed of the extras suggested, and my comfort ensured. Unbelievable..... On arrival at Jarvis service centre I asked Jordan if it was possible to have my car ready in a couple of hours. Jordan phoned me 1 hour later to say my vehicle was ready for collection. Absolutely amazing customer service thanks to Jordan and Jarvis Toyota and that's what keeps me coming back.
