The man that welcomed me as I parked my car was friendly, courteous and directed me where to go. Front desk staff/service advisors were friendly and explained everything. I dropped off my car at 7:30 am and requested to pick it up by 12pm - it was ready by 10:30am so I was very happy. When I picked up the car, I was spoken to straight away and the whole service was explained to me. Overall, I have been very pleased with the service I have received being a Subaru customer for the past two years who drives a lot of kms and needs frequent services!

Friendly service pick up from city. Cup of coffee made for me. My car was as clean as the new models in the show room. I didn't recognise it. Clean in and out. Getting my vehicle serviced by Jarvis Subaru keeps it in perfect condition and extends it's life.

Khalil welcomed me on arrival. He then discussed in detail the required 48 months service with me. Very easy to talk to and discuss if I was not sure of any details. He then made me a lovely cup of coffee. I am so far extremely happy with the service and wish to thank the mechanics for the service carried out.
