Sean at Gepps Cross SA was very helpful, he made our decision easy by facilitating test drives of the vehicles we were deciding between, even though one was a Prado and had to be brought in from somewhere else. We had the opportunity to back to back test drive the Prado and the Everest that we eventually bought. He was also very helpful when we decided to upgrade.
He also gave us a nice loan car while our vehicle was in for paint protection and window tinting.

Lachlan and Andy are superb. I chose to drive further to get my vehicle serviced at Jarvis because of the outstanding service I received from your staff. Always polite and professional.
It was also great to have a yarn with Andy when picking my vehicle up. Lachlan kept me updated on the progress of the service. Great team!

Damien was exceptional in his efforts to help me achieve my goals especially in getting a new vehicle with a discontinued colour I had almost given up hope in getting

Job done on time. Staff knew what they were doing and explained everything in a very logical manner. Previously had been to CMI Toyota and it seemed to take forever. Jarvis did it much quicker and seemed much more efficient. A very good customer experience.
