Brilliant customer service from Riley who was very knowledgeable. He explained everything in depth & could answer all our questions. Impressed with the quality & reliability of the Subaru range. This is our 3rd Subaru & never been happier.

Randy was excellent and is obviously dedicated to his job and making positive experiences for customers. He went out of his way to hep find the car that most suited us, and he was our major reason for choosing Jarvis over other dealers and options. Even with an admin error that (car model was advertised incorrectly) could have cost the sale and trust go Jarvis, Randy fully managed the situation through to a positive outcome for everyone.

Everything about Jarvis deserves a 10. My care was well cared for, fixed, washed and gleaming when I picked her up. She was back with me very quickly. Mary is wonderful providing a courtesy lift home, Jared was amazingly helpful, friendly, reassuring and professional from booking my car in to returning it back to me, the waiting lounge is great including the male staff member who made me a hot chocolate. There's fruit, water, coffee, chocolate, biscuits, a big tv, etc - why would you want to leave! Jarvis always does a great job of looking after my car. Why would you go anywhere else? Jarvis sets the benchmark for others to rise to.

Never at any time while waiting for the diagnostic did I feel unseen, never did I feel a question was not heard, but above all the joy I felt from everyone and staff to staff interactions was exceptional.
