Both Nick and Jimmy were informative and friendly without being pushy about 'closing the sale'.
Nick's initial welcome focussed on finding out which used cars in stock were the best fit for my needs, asking perceptive questions and explaining rather than promoting features on appropriate vehicles.
Jimmy then followed on, and his patient introduction to the Corolla Cross Hybrid controls, (somewhat overwhelming to a Boomer with a 20-year-old Holden Barina) during an extended Test Drive was well-structured and focussed on the essentials so as not to be overwhelming.

I was fortunate to have Larissa dealing with the purchase of my Carolla- and I thank her very much for all she guidance - I would recommend Jarvis Toyota should I know any one in the future - again many thanks
