Jimmy Kheoung, Somerton Park, his Customer Service was exceptional, not only with us but we witnessed him being just as helpful and respectful with another couple.
From beginning to end we were informed, kept up to date and he was available if and when we needed an answer to a query.

It was our first time for a service with Jarvis. Car work was done as planned and on time. Booking experience was really not good. Very difficult in booking to get a price for new brakes and wheel alignment. In the end the service person that greeted me at drop off cleared up many items and knew what was needed.
