I was most impressed with one of the service attendants (Brett) meeting me out of hours on a Sunday to put the car in the service bay and provide a loan car. He also provided status updates on the car service during the next day.

We were looked after by Randy throughout the whole process of purchasing our new car. He was very welcoming and warm, not to mention at no stage was he pushy or aggressive. He was very informative and able to answer all of our questions. He even came to the car yard on his day off to finalise the purchase. From when we drove into the Jarvis site on West Terrace until we left we found the staff to be to be happy, cheerful and most obliging. We would like to comment on the standard of the service we received and hope these comments will be forwarded onto the staff members involved. As we did not meet any of the servicing guys out the back we take it that they also had the same dedication to service as those out front. Upon our arrival Peter was cheerful, polite and very good at making sure the first experience was a good one. Peter then introduced us to Michael, who was extremely polite and knowledgeable about his role. Courtesy was paramount and that shone through. The other gentlemen on the front desk also were a credit to the company. Please make sure that all concerned are praised for their service as without these people your business would be lacking.

I also appreciate that I have never received a "hard sell" approach for additional service items or products. I always feel that respect is given to my aging and not at all sexy car. I appreciate the explanations given, and the way my questions are answered. I appreciate a friendly and professional woman being the reception person and that I always feel treated with respect and actively listened to. I also feel that equal respect is shown to and between all staff as they move in and out of the front office.
