We first came to Jarvis as a result of buying tyres online. Service was excellent. On this occasion we were told Jarvis could service Mercedes cars. So this time when our car needed service and tyres we came back. The service is really nice and the price reasonable. Not being a mechanic but I suspect oils are oils and filters the same as elsewhere. The people here just seem really nice and most helpful. Last time we even sent them flowers as thanks.

Got the car I wanted. Received a good deal. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff (Danny Meyer) were excellent and provided a very laid back and helpful experience. He was never pushy and made sure that we were aware of the Subaru range that he thought would suit our needs and in the end we got a great car for a good deal. He followed up when he said he would and in the end it was dealing with him along with the Subaru product and good pricing that made the decision not to continue with Volkswagen.

Very welcoming place, and customer service is fantastic, also the cars are well looked after.

My wife enjoyed being spoken to as a car buyer instead of a know nothing woman. The Consultant 'Anthony Grainger' knew the product well and we enjoyed his company. He advised he had limited experience, but it didn't show and is a credit to Subaru. The Manager 'Jed Kerin' obviously knows his business and his people.
A lovely car, but it will take a little time to get used to all the modern conveniences we have not experienced before.

We were very impressed with the whole experience, from the professionalism of the salesman who looked after us, to the actual vehicle itself. All the staff were very helpful, and we did not feel like we were being pressured into committing to a purchase. Overall, excellent.
