The whole experience was so professional and friendly. We came in originally for a second hand car and Cabe was fantastic. His approach and attitude was of a very high standard. We decided there and then that we would come back to Jarvis. We had been to other car yards but didn't feel as welcome or listened to. We later came back with the thought of buying a demo model car but it had just been sold. We had a discussion with Damon about purchasing a brand new RAV4. He talked about finance, test drive and getting the best price. Evan gave us a great deal. Daniel's friendly nature and knowledge about how we could finance a new car was amazing. We signed up straight away. Donna then talked to us about the protection package. What a great idea at a reasonable price. We picked up our car on Saturday and we couldn't be happier. I initially dealt with Evan over the phone about my Toyota Rav trade-in and the new car I was looking for. When I came into the car yard Evan referred me to Matt Jericho who was great. I am always wary of car sales people, but he was just a really nice down to earth guy and answered all our questions and made the process very easy. Nick De Palma is a great salesman 10/10, but I also knew what I wanted, the follow up down to helping me get the baby seat out of the car to fit seat covers was excellent, I would recommend Jarvis!
