Marcus was polite and helpful. He listened to my concerns whilst showing genuine interest. He reassured that his team would do an excellent job when reapplying the protection package, as well as having some door rubber stripping re-attached.

Lewis was polite and helpful and I wasn't badgered into committing to things I didn't want. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Good follow-up from sales staff made identifying the type of vehicle wanted easier. Flexibility in pricing, etc., made making the deal comfortable.

Excellent all-round experience. 

Had a miss in the engine. Felt like a faulty lead or spark plug. Was immediately identified as a faulty inlet manifold gasket. Fixed on the day. No appt. very grateful Like the car wash also.
