The man who I dealt with on Saturday morning was incredibly professional. He explained all the costs up front, ensured the service was finished by 11am and ran me through all detail when I came to collect my car. The cleaning is a nice touch. Will be back based on this employee.

Staff were friendly and helpful when I phoned to book my vehicle in for its first service - they quickly confirmed that Saturday mornings were an option and offered a couple of possible dates, including the coming Saturday morning. I was offered the choice of date and time to drop off my vehicle that suited me and a free loan car was supplied, making the service process very easy. The simple SMS notification advising that my car was ready for collection made it easy for me to know when to return to collect my car. On arrival, my car was ready and it had been washed - helping me maintain that 'new car feeling'. Thank you Jarvis Service team.
