From the moment that I parked my car there was someone there to help me and show me where to go.

I was then taken to Simon who bent over backwards to make sure I was happy, offering to make me coffee and explaining the process. I was then told of a small problem with my car which was reported to me before doing the work, I asked them to go ahead with the work and it was done with a minimum of fuss.

The car was then washed, everything that had been done was explained and it even cost less than I expected.

Excellent customer service from check-in at Valet to check out from main desk, car is cleaned and washed, courtesy lift (in fancy new bus too!), finished when said it would be and staff were professional and courteous.
