I could not believe the service that I got from your Hillcrest branch.
From the moment that I parked my car there was someone there to help me and show me where to go.
I was then taken to Simon who bent over backwards to make sure I was happy, offering to make me coffee and explaining the process. I was then told of a small problem with my car which was reported to me before doing the work, I asked them to go ahead with the work and it was done with a minimum of fuss.
The car was then washed, everything that had been done was explained and it even cost less than I expected.

We have been very, very happy with the service we have received at Jarvis Tanunda - we feel welcome and cared for - the vehicle is always beautifully clean on return, staff are eager to please and we have been provided with a loan car when requested. Costs are well explained before the service. Facilities superb. An overall good experience - could only be better if it was free!!!!!!!

Daniel Newnam has been helping me and more importantly re-assuring me that my problem with the vehicle inherited from pick up 18 months ago, would be finally resolved upon this visit.
Daniel has kept in touch at every stage of this week's visit and prior to it and has been very understanding about the distance between you in Adelaide and us in Ceduna 800 kms away.
He has been exceptionally professional and friendly from beginning to end with our problem window/door. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and yourselves for quality customer service.
